Listening Sessions

  • Our listening sessions reveal that even when people believe they are“on the same page”, that is not always the case. We rarely find that people are not capable, willing, or able to achieve the results they intend. More often we find that people do not understand what is being communicated to them, question whether they are being heard, or both.
  • Our leadership development and consultation services start with intensive listening sessions to reveal unquestioned assumptions and other factors that limit alignment, teamwork, and collaboration. These interviews include all levels of staffing. Following listening sessions, we provide comprehensive feedback and offer a proposal for a training or consulting program tailored to your specific needs and goals

    Mission Control Productivty and Accomplishment Workshop

    This live workshop delivers the foundation and fundamentals for a breakthrough in your effectiveness, productivity and performance. You will gain insight into the existing ways of working that pose a limit on your effectiveness, learn the fundamental principles of Mission Control, and practice the six elements of the Mission Control system. You will leave the workshop with new perspectives and practices that leave you more powerful, focused and productive.
